Our mission is to provide quality pro ash bats to ball players who are serious about improving their game.

The ability to hit with a wooden bat is important at all levels of baseball.  The understanding of this importance has grown very rapidly over recent years.  High School and Collegiate players are using more and more wood during batting practice to improve their swing.  Some American Legion and High School leagues are now using wood in league play.  The Ivy League has been all wood for a number of years. The famous Cap Cod League has been wooden bat since the mid 80's.  Most collegiate summer leagues are now wooden bat leagues.  College level players and coaches understand that a .450 avg with metal does not hold the weight it used to if the player cannot hit effectively with a wooden bat.  Pro scouts generally require potential draft picks to hit with wood during open tryouts.

MTH bats provide pro quality ash bats.  All of our ash is hand selected from the ash forests in Northern P.A.

We currently offer six different style bats in a variety of colors. 

After extensive research, we have chosen not to provide maple bats at this time. It is our belief that the use of maple has reached it's peak and will begin to slowly minimize. We are however looking into other potential wood types that would be ideal for wooden bats.
